My favorite vegan dessert ideas

Peanut butter banana boat
Peel & Slice Banana in 1/2
To the center, add:
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Honey or Agave
Place on foil, closing the banana & wrapping the foil
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
Once cooked, add:
Nuts of your choice
Chocolate Chips
Coconut Flakes
Dairy-free Whipped Cream
Peanut butter + dates
Pitted Dates
Peanut Butter
Coconut Flakes
Nut of your choice
Cut date in half
Fill with peanut butter

Cookie Dough
Blend:
1 1/2 Cups Chickpeas, Rinsed
1/4 Cup Nut Butter
1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp Almond Flour
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
Handful of Chocolate Chips
Berry Crumble bars
Crumble:
1 2/3 Cups Rolled Oats
1 1/2 Cups Flour
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
2/3 Cup Vegan Butter
Filling:
2 Tsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
5 Oz Raspberry Jam
14 Oz Fresh Mixed Berries

To a large bowl mix oats, flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, salt & butter until mixture resembles a crumble

Add 2/3 to a baking pan for base layer

Bake at 375 for 15 minutes

To a large bowl mix cornstarch, lemon juice, jam & berries

Add filling to base layer

Top with remaining crumble mixture

Bake for 25-30 minutes
