Rise Authentic Baking Co
1220 Fulton St W, Grand Rapids, MI 49504
The absolute cutest coffee shop that is an entirely gluten free, vegan, and soy free bakery, free from all artificial flavors and colors. The outdoor ‘greenhouse’ area (pictured) was created to form separate areas for people to lounge outdoors in their own bubble while enjoying their treats. This is such a cute spot and such a well designed shop.

Torch lake
Antrim County, Michigan
Torch Lake is the longest inland lake in Michigan, it is known for it’s beautiful, clear waters and offers so much to the city. Within the lake you can swim, snorkel, boat, jet ski, canoe, windsurf, paddle board, and kayak. Such an adorable town, aside from the lake there is so many activities surrounding the lake. There is dining, shopping, and camping nearby for a long stay or a quick stop.

Something that I really enjoy about Mari Vineyard is that they believe in sustainable agriculture, focusing on sustainable water use, soil conservation, and nutrient management while growing their grapes. Heidelberg Project
3600 Heidelberg St, Detroit, MI 48207
The Heidelberg Project is an outdoor art environment that aims to improve lives through art. The project began with the belief that “All citizens, from all cultures, have the right to grow and flourish in their communities.” The artist of the Heidelberg Project, Tyree Guyton, grew up on Heidelberg street and after returning to the street after several years he found it in shambles. Tyree was encouraged to clean up and transform the street into something to inspire others. The art on the street was created out of his own experiences and hardships growing up on Heidelberg street. I absolutely love art installations, and the history of this project makes it more special.

THIS IS SUCH A COOL IDEA WHAT. There is open courtyard seating surrounded by food options, entertainment and art, what else could you want? I strongly recommend hanging out here, this is such a cool concept.
